Our purpose is to provide the best service to our clients. Part of that is being ready and available when they need me. For a better service and to have a successful business, the following reservation and cancellation policies have been established. To reserve a deposit is required which varies depending on the cost of the service you choose, which will be subtracted from the total cost of the service. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for products. If you need to reschedule your appointment, it is required to do so 3 days before your current appointment in order to keep your deposit. To keep the deposit you can only change your appointment once which must be within 30 days from the date of the change, if you do it more than once you must pay a new deposit. Para un mejor servicio y tener un negocio exitoso, se han establecido las siguientes políticas de reserva y cancelación. Para reservar se requiere un depósito el cual varia dependiendo del costo del servicio que elija, los cuales se le restaran el costo total del servicio. Los depósitos no son reembolsables ni se pueden cambiar por productos. Si necesitas re-programar su cita se requiere hacerlo 3 días antes de su cita actual para poder mantener su deposito. Para mantener el deposito solo podrá cambiar su cita una sola vez la cual debe estar dentro de los 30 días a partir de la fecha del cambio, si lo hace mas de una vez deberá pagar un nuevo depósito.
